Located on beautiful Anastasia Island, our beautiful suite is walking distance to historic St Augustine via the Bridge of Lions and biking distance to St Augustine Beach. You will fell in love with St. Augustine and the Davis Shores neighborhood right over the Bridge of Lions on Anastasia Island. Come and enjoy the real island experience with our local beaches, restaurants, people,ghost stories, or simply sitting outside under our blue skies. The space Our suite is ideal for guests looking to relax and recharge. We are excited to host your unforgettable visit to the nation's oldest (and best) city! The room can accommodate up to four people. If you are traveling with children, we can provide an air mattress for sharing. Please note that there is an additional fee for each extra guest after the first two. We also welcome pets for an extra fee. City of St Augustine Registration number is STR21-00162. Guest access The suite features a private entrance for guests to enjoy. The backyard has chairs and a hammock, perfect for enjoying St. Augustine’s breeze. Other things to note Please note that this is a residential property with tenants living on-site. They do not have access to your area and will not disturb you at all. Since we are located in a tourist area, noise may occasionally travel due to the busyness of the surroundings. We kindly ask that you observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM so that all our neighbors remain content and you can relax and recharge after a long day of enjoying the beach or exploring the town. If you have a pet that will remain in the room for extended periods and begins barking or shows signs of stress, we may send you a text to check on your pet.
