We have a very spacious floor plan with our living area open to the kitchen and dining. Our living room has a flat screen TV and cable; the living space also overlooks our roomy covered deck. Our fully equipped kitchen, with designer tile backsplash and all stainless steel appliances, has plenty of storage and counter space for preparing family style meals or snacks for the beach. Both bedrooms are located off the main living area. The primary bedroom has a King bed, flat screen TV, and full bathroom. Our second bedroom has a twin over queen bunk, full bathroom and flat screen TV. ***NO PETS ALLOWED*** IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED. High Dune is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering High Dune the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night. There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed.
