If you want a cosy, clean and tidy Master Room with your very own bathroom&toilet in a quiet area, this place is definitely going to suit you! Location-wise: - 15 mins by foot or 5 mins by bus to St Albans Station - 15 mins by car from Melbourne Tullamarine Airport - 35 mins drive and by train to City - 5 mins drive to local markets, and shopping centers (Kmart, Aldi, Woolies, etc.) The space The home is tidy, clean, peaceful. We do not party and we treat this as a dear home so we take care of things well. And we hope you would feel like at home. There is TV for you to enjoy and good speaker incase if you want to get relaxed. Guest access Living Room Dining Room Backyard Laundry Room During your stay Me and my partner are both working full-time; but we are always happy to help out if we could :). We prefer texting but please don’t hesitate to call us if urgent thing comes up. In addition, our cat, Candy might help you out as well by making your stay more delighted 😊 Other things to note No party allowed. No cooking after 11pm (microwave is okay) It is a one-person booking, and there will be a charge per night for extra guest. That guest requires to provide ID on the check-in day.
