These IDs are required to process the Guest Approval Form (GAF) and must be submitted no later than five (5) days prior to the arrival date. The name on each ID must exactly match the name listed on the reservation. Failure to submit the required identification within the stated timeframe will result in manual check-in assistance, subject to a non-negotiable service fee of PHP 2,500, to cover on-site coordination and access processing. This requirement is strictly enforced, non-negotiable, and a condition of your booking. Non-compliance may lead to delayed or denied access to the property.
