The yellow ipe is a dream come true. An extremely new and well-equipped beach house. In a quiet location, close to the beach. Swimming pool, hammock, shower and tranquility, make up a perfect setting for relaxation and fun. The space The house consists of a living room, a kitchen with a large and well-equipped counter, a bathroom, 1 bedroom, 1 en-suite, a balcony, a laundry area and a backyard with a swimming pool. Fully independent in a quiet location. We leave two barbecues at your disposal, a sun umbrella, Styrofoam for drinks, and benches that turn into a table. Other things to note Living room: ceiling fan, TV, basic TV channels and Wi-Fi. Kitchen: very well equipped, with cutlery, glasses, plates, pots, pans and baking dishes. Refrigerator, stove, microwave, clay filter, toaster, blender and electric rice cooker. Bathroom: electric shower, liquid soap, toilet paper, and rug. IMPORTANT: We do not provide towels. Bedrooms: We have two full beds, one twin bunk bed and one twin mattress. Bed linens: elastic sheet on all beds, pillows with pillowcase and single sheet. The bedroom and the suite have ceiling fans. *** We do not accept animals. *** During high season, the city gets crowded and there may be problems with the power grid (lack of power or certain locations operating in only 1 phase) by the concessionaire. *** In high season, the city is crowded and water supply problems may occur.
