My condo is a fully furnished bi level end unit 1 block to town 1/2 block to Snowflake lift in Breckenridge You can ski down 4 O'clock run and walk to the condo for Lunch or a short break (almost ski in Ski out). The walk to main street is only a few blocks, so no need to drive. This a very centrally located place. There are 2 parking spots on property 1 is in shared garage. There is 2 new washer and dryers just around the corner from the front door that are shared by all units @ Retreat The space Both Bedrooms are on the second floor and have 1 queen bed in each room. one bedroom room has a HD TV. There is a full bath on each floor. All linens are provided. The Kitchen is on the 1st floor and has all utensils you need. (Pots/Pans/crock pot/microwave/toaster/coffee pot). I do provide Soaps, Hand sanitizer, shampoo. conditioner, coffee, and sugar. Also, on the Main floor is a small dining area, pull out sofa. reclining chair, gas fireplace and HD TV Guest access The Condo is all yours! The laundry room is coin or cc operated and shared with all in the complex. One parking spot is available in a shared garage for a small to mid-size car, and one parking permit for second vehicle is provided for a spot (on property) outside. The hot tubs and pools are a few blocks way but are Awesome!
