Condo in Schönaich

The apartment is located in the basement of our house, it is entered through a separate entrance. There is a living area (with pull-out sofa bed), cooking/dining area (with fully equipped kitchen) as well as a separate bedroom, bathroom with shower and toilet. From the living room you have a view of the terrace. On the terrace there is a table, chairs and a parasol. Pets are welcome. We have two dogs of our own. The space The sofa bed has the following dimensions when pulled out: 160 x 200 cm. There is also a travel cot with mattress for babies and a high chair with safety belt available. A baby can be accommodated in addition to the 4 people. Per night the extra charge for the baby bed including mattress and fitted bed is 2.50 euros. The high chair is free, but should be requested beforehand. Payable in cash on site. There is a Soda Stream available with which sparkling water can be made from tap water in no time. Guest access Access via a separate entrance No parking for guests on the premises. In 2 minutes' walk there is public parking, which is free of charge.
