New home located in a beautiful country setting 10 mins from Alexandra and 15 mins from Roxburgh. Private room with king bed, private bathroom, plus sole use of private lounge area (this room is closed off from the main kitchen/living areas by internal slider doors) Outdoor seating areas with lovely country views. Kitchen is available for basic use and is shared with the host and 2 friendly dogs. Please note this is a newly built house so landscaping/patio are still in progress. The space This is a small home but you will have the use of a comfortable room with king bed, private bathroom with shower toilet and vanity plus the second lounge area is available for sole use. Kitchen is available for basic use but this space is shared with the host and 2 indoor dogs. Comfortable outdoor seating areas available for your use again shared with host but happy to leave you to it if you would like sole use. Guest access Bedroom, private lounge, private bathroom and shared kitchen During your stay Your host works from home in the evenings but is happy to interact with guests if they wish, 2 friendly dogs will want to interact with guests, keep bedroom doors shut to keep them out. Shared house with the host, kitchen is available for basic use. Please note the 2 dogs are inside dogs and may occasionally bark, they are both very friendly. Please note this is a newly built house and landscaping and patio are still in progress. Other things to note This property is not young child friendly. There is a pond which is not fenced off and electric fencing around the property for the sheep. There are dogs on the property who are very friendly and will occasionally bark.
