The room is located on the fourth floor of a late 19th-century Umbertino-style building, located in the Sallustiano district, in the historic center of Rome, a few steps from Termini Station and the beauties of the capital: Via Veneto, Via Nazionale, Piazza della Repubblica, Piazza Barberini, Piazza di Spagna, the beautiful Villa Borghese, Via Condotti, the Imperial Forums and the Colosseum, all within walking distance. The space All surfaces are sanitized with 75% ethyl alcohol. Convenient self check-in is available upon arrival. The room, like the entire apartment, has just been renovated. It is a double room of about 20 square meters, equipped with a large window, a private bathroom with a shower, toilet, a large sink with a drawer with a hairdryer inside, a complete first aid kit and neutral soap for hands and face. The room is also equipped with a comfortable table where you can sit to organize your days in Rome, an armchair, a mirror, two comfortable open wardrobes (one with only shelves and another with hangers and space to put your suitcase). The mattress and pillows are made of memory foam with anti-allergic and anti-mite properties. It also has a minibar, a kettle with tea and herbal teas, air conditioning, heating, a LED SMART TV and a small safe with a key. Everything is surrounded by black and white icons depicting the most beautiful classic films shot in Rome in a modern and elegant atmosphere. The entire building and the entrance to the accommodation are under video surveillance!! Guest access Under the building, during the week, you can park easily from 5:00 p.m. onwards; during the morning and early afternoon it is more complicated to find free parking. However, you have the option to park in a convenient guarded garage, for a fee, which is located right under our building or, at more affordable prices, on the street, there is a parking lot with blue stripes. The rates are: 1 euro for 1 hour, or 4 euros for 8 hours. The white stripe areas, on the other hand, are free. During your stay Convenient self check-in is available, but I will always be available both by phone and online for your every need! ATTENTION: The check-in window is from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Check-in is not possible after 11:00 p.m. Other things to note You'll also find the key to the building's external door in your room's door lock.
