We live there year-round and rent the house during our holidays. Every moment is lived to the rhythm of nature. This magnificent 100 m² living room, fully open, is the heart of the villa. With stunning views of the pool and rainforest, it offers a true cocoon of comfort and conviviality. Throughout the day, let yourself be lulled by nature: exotic birds, colorful butterflies, geckos and squirrels will be part of the scenery. This space consists of: • Two comfortable lounge areas with sofas, ottomans, coffee tables and hanging armchairs, perfect for relaxing • A large dining table that seats up to 8 people • A spacious, fully equipped open kitchen with drinking water dispenser (no more bottles!) • Professional quality billiards, ideal for relaxing evenings You will also enjoy a second air-conditioned lounge area, ideally located facing the pool. Designed as a real place to relax, it has a movie corner with a smart TV and access to Netflix and Disney All Stars, perfect for your cocooning evenings. An office space completes this place, ideal for working in peace while enjoying the exceptional setting. The villa has 4 spacious bedrooms with king-size beds, 3 large bathrooms (double sink, open shower, storage) and 3 separate toilets. All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with blackout curtains for optimal comfort. The layout offers privacy and comfort: • A wing with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and toilet • A second wing with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and toilet • A fourth independent bedroom in a private bungalow, with terrace, large king-size suite, en-suite bathroom and separate toilet. A dining area is provided with coffee maker, kettle, microwave and refrigerator. Outside, enjoy a beautiful 12 m x 6 m swimming pool (salt treatment), surrounded by a lush garden, conducive to relaxation and shared moments. For absolute comfort, cleaning and pool maintenance are provided daily. To preserve the serenity of the premises, no parties are allowed. Here, everything comes together for an unforgettable vacation, between serenity, space and a change of scenery. Your only priority: let go and enjoy 🌴🌞 Guest access Stairs, on each side of the large living room, allow you access to the fully fenced garden and to enjoy an exceptional swimming pool of 12 m x 6 m, not overlooked. While some will enjoy the warm waters of the pool, others can bask in the shade of the parasols on the deckchairs. A sala and pergola are located in front of the pool, with shaded garden furniture and different seating. A large air-conditioned room of 80 square meters awaits young and old for relaxation activities: TV, library, children's games. A shower is located right next to the pool and an outdoor bathroom with sink, toilet and enclosed shower is also nearby. Access to the house is through the main entrance door, but also through the garden; just behind the private parking lot. Other things to note You will fully enjoy your stay in this little cocoon. The rooms will be cleaned on a daily basis as well as the maintenance of the swimming pool and exteriors. All you need to do is relax! Bed, bath and pool linen are provided. Upon arrival, a welcome booklet in English will be waiting for you to make your stay easy. Here you will find information for renting scooters and cars; delivery of meals, recommendations for visits and restaurants, taxi numbers, contacts for the organization of excursions.
