Therefore, we do not provide daily room cleaning and changing bed sheet/towels during your stay. -To facilitate check-in process, kindly prepare and send the pictures of your passport page and arrival card to us ( all of the guests) once you arrive in Thailand because we have to send to the immigration in 24 hr after you check in. Or else we will take the photo of your passport and arrival card when check in. Please be assured that this will be kept as a confidential document and will only be used for security reason as required by the Immigration Bureau. Thank you for your cooperation and kind understanding on this. -Cleaning is done only before check in and after check out. The extra charge 500 baht per time is required or 300 bath for change new bed sheet and towels, if you would like the cleaning to be done during your stay. Please let us know in advance so we could arrange this for you. - We provide welcoming drinks (6 bottles of drinking water ,6 toilet paper) 1 detergent ,1 softener and trash bag only on your first day of arrival. - For the monthly stay, electricity and water suply for 500 baht per week.
