Laundry access if reqd. The space The self-contained unit is part of the main house, but the door is closed, and walls sound resistant to reduce noise. However, there may be some muffled sound from the main house. Floors are polished concrete. There is a well equipped kitchenette. The bathroom is a good size, and there is a whole of the house water filtration system, so there is no need to provide your own filtered or bottled drinking water. There is a private courtyard including outdoor setting and BBQ. Guest access Full access to the guest wing and the path to the entrance on the left-handside of the house. A lock box is just before the gate on the garage wall. A car park space is available on the driveway left-hand side.
