Pool The space The Main House, is equipped with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with the master bedroom having an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a king-size bed. The rest of the bedrooms in the house contain a double bed and share the use of a bathroom fitted with a bath and shower. The kitchen in is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, washing machine, and dishwasher. The living area features a comfy lounge suite, a fireplace, and a TV with access to Netflix. The house boasts a built-in braai and guests also have access to on-site parking and free Wi-Fi. The Apartment adjacent to the house has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The bedrooms in the apartment both have a double bed while the bathroom is fitted with a shower. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, and microwave. The Studio is nestled in the back of the yard, consisting of a double bed, kitchenette and bathroom with a shower. A recent addition to the property - a pristine, swimming pool, thoughtfully designed to enhance your stay and provide a refreshing respite during those scorching summer days. CAPACITY Capped at 12 persons. HOUSEKEEPING Housekeeping is not included and can be arranged at an extra cost. PARKING Vehicles can safely park in front of the house, behind the palisade fencing. GENERAL The property consists of the Main House, Apartment and Studio with the ability to accommodate up to 12 persons in six bedrooms and four bathrooms. REMEMBER Bring along your own beach towels. Don't forget this is a self-catering apartment and we will only stock essentials on arrival, like dishwashing liquid. TAKE NOTE South Africa is experiencing consistent load-shedding affecting all areas, please come prepared. Beaches are influenced by weekly tests to determine if it is safe to swim or not and we can not guarantee that the beach will be open for swimming. It is very important to note that we can't control or predict the environment with electricity, water and beaches. Refunds are not possible on any of these instances beyond our control and advise guests to take the matter up with the suppliers. AREA The home is conveniently located near beaches, restaurants, and attractions in the area and has recently been renovated. Other things to note Equipped with a 5000-liter water backup system, the house also boasts over 10KVA of additional power backup to seamlessly navigate through loadshedding. A maximum of two vehicles will be allowed at the property. Should more vehicles wish to enter, please notify us in writing to try and get the necessary permission.
