NOTE: To have the hot tub ready for you, we need you to book three days in advance. The space Canelo Loft is located in a very quiet area and close to the shops. Our house is located on the same property so you will always be accompanied and assisted, always respecting the privacy of the spaces. Other things to note Although we are six minutes from downtown Frutillar, it is important that you can get there by car for better mobility. To be able to wait for you with the hot tub warm, we need you to book 3 days in advance. **About using the Hot Tub** We want you to make the most of the hot tub during your stay. However, due to the need to keep it impeccable, it may not be ready immediately upon your arrival, especially if previous guests left it in a condition that requires deep cleaning. This process takes time: about 1 hour to clean, 1 hour to refill with new water, and up to 40 hours to fully heat. We know that waiting can be inconvenient, but we assure you that you'll have a clean and safe hot tub to enjoy. We ask that when you use it, clean your feet well before entering and treat it as if it were your own. We want all our guests to enjoy it in the best possible conditions!
