The home is centrally located on a quiet street, minutes away to many restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores and attractions. Whitesboro, Utica, New Hartford, New York Mills, Rome & Clinton are a short drive away. 2600 sqft of cozy, well-stocked, and updated home to fit everyone’s getaway needs. Each bedroom is equipped with blackout blinds, comfortable mattresses, and cotton linen. Kitchen is fully equipped to make any meal you want with all the wanted appliances (toaster, mixer, rice cooker, pressure cooker, slow cooker, blender, waffle maker, panini maker). Double oven, pots &pans, serving dishes, utensils, baking sheets, and all the little things to make the preparation easy are ready to use. Tea and Kureig coffee is on us. In spring, summer, & fall- enjoy the outdoor area that includes a furnished patio, a fire pit and a grill. All the vegetables & flowers growing around our home & yard are at your disposal. Have kids? We love to make our guests comfortable & will do everything to make it possible. Guest access The whole home is yours to use. There is no access to basement and attic for guests. The fireplace in the living room is out of order. I am really sorry, we are working hard to fix this.
