Just 12 minutes walking to downtown Belleville and a 30 minute drive to Sandbanks Beach, this just-renovated century house is the perfect homebase for a day of exploration. The space offers 2 bedrooms (a queen and double bed), a double sofabed, and 1.5 baths, comfortably sleeping 4-6 people. In warmer months, we also have patio furniture in our private backyard. We offer self check-in, but are always available for any questions or needs, and are located just 20 minutes away. The space The bottom floor has a front closet, dining area, kitchen stocked with utensils and non-perishable essentials, a half bath, and combined living room/office space with pull-out sofa. The second floor has two bedrooms and a full bathroom. There’s a wooden deck in the backyard (unfenced), and ample room for parking 3-4 vehicles in the driveway. Guest access During your stay, you’ll have our detached Century home and yard all to yourself. Other things to note Between April 1 and November 30, we have an available seasonal Sandbanks Beach parking pass for 1 vehicle per day of your stay (excluding checkout day). Must notify us of the dates you’d like to book + license plate number/province 1 week in advance, so that we can book for you and leave your permit for checkin, which you will leave on dashboard at the parking lot. It works for any of the 3 Sandbanks beaches. You can skip the line at Outlet Beach, by following the signs for permit holders.
