Cozy flat with unique double lake view from your private room. Ideal if you like it calm and quiet. Perfectly located for outdoor activities such as cycling and hiking. Well suited for digital nomads who work remotely. The bus stop right in front of the house, free parking is available. Nearby towns (like Zurich) are well accessible but this place is not ideally located if you plan a city trip. Zurich: ca. 30min by car, 48min by public transport. The space Private room right next to the entry door and the shared bathroom. The flat is shared. The flat is located on the highest floor of the building overlooking other nearby buildings. Non-smokers only! For more than two guests, there are two beds next to each other in the living room (90cm*200cm each; no full privacy, one big space with kitchen and access to other rooms). For the fifth person, there is a couch available (ca. 70cm*160cm). Guest access You'll have access to a shared bathroom and a shared kitchen.
