Guest access You'll have full access to the entire property and the riverfront. Other things to note Other Things to Note Flexible Check-In Whenever possible, we're happy to accommodate early arrivals. If the night before your stay is unoccupied, the lodge is often ready well before our standard check-in time. Just let us know your expected arrival time, and we'll do everything we can to have the property ready for you. Upon arrival, you're welcome to let yourselves in and make yourselves at home. If you'd prefer, we're also happy to meet you at the lodge, answer any questions, and provide a quick walkthrough of the property. Riverfront Safety The Independence River is one of the property's most unique features, but conditions can change throughout the year depending on rainfall and seasonal water levels. Children should always be supervised near the river, and guests should use caution when exploring the shoreline, rock outcroppings, and waterfalls. Water activities are enjoyed at your own risk. Pets We welcome well-behaved dogs with prior approval. Please include your dog(s) on your reservation so the applicable pet fee is included. The fee helps cover the additional cleaning required after pet stays so the property is comfortable for future guests, including those with pet allergies. Minimum Stay Requests If your desired dates don't meet our current minimum stay requirement, feel free to send us a message. When our calendar allows, we're often happy to accommodate shorter stays by sending you a Special Offer through Airbnb. Beach Towels Bath towels are provided for every guest. If you plan to enjoy the river or nearby swimming areas, we also offer an optional Beach Towel Package for $50 per stay, which includes a set of five beach towels ready for your arrival. Simply let us know before your stay if you'd like to add them. Smoking Smoking is not permitted inside the lodge. Guests are welcome to smoke outdoors, including on the covered deck and riverside porch. Please use the provided ashtrays and dispose of cigarette waste properly.
