30 m² studio with terrace and garden

Enjoy the tranquility of this warm and modern studio with its equipped kitchen and terrace overlooking the garden. The studio is behind our house and access to the garden is shared. A stone's throw from the heart of the village, you will enjoy all amenities on foot (shops, bar/restaurant, tobacco shop, bakery. Bus stop 200 m away (lines 60 and 69) to reach Toulouse. Linens are included (bathroom, bedroom and kitchen). -- Please note, we do not allow pets -- The space The place is a newly renovated former outbuilding converted into a studio. It is located behind our residence on the garden side. It faces south. Access is shared. Guest access We welcome all our guests upon arrival. You will then be completely autonomous. If necessary, you can contact us for any request or service, to which we will gladly respond. Other things to note We charge €30 for cleaning fees (in order to keep control of this crucial step to guarantee the quality of your stay and the hygiene of the accommodation) and €5 for the linen at your disposal (bath, bedroom and kitchen).
