A house in a location close to center and University and hospital. It is good for a group of friends who just need a place to sleep. The house provides basic facilities with big kitchen. The space This house is a nice 5 bedroom house with 4 double rooms and 1 single room is cosy and ready for you. Most times it is required to book the house for a minimum of days. Very good location as close to center and Manchester University and hospitals, fully furnished and has 4 double beds and one single bed but I can accommodate more. washing/drying machine, fridge, freezer, open plan kitchen, properly heated. There is a £100 cash deposit upon arrival which is going to be returned when check out should you return key and leave no mess. Note: Bedding cannot be provided and need to be arranged in advance subject to some charge. Flexible check in and check out time. Other things to note If you book for more than 4 weeks the guest needs to pay for bills.
