The space On the first floor, you enter the apartment at ground level and are greeted by a small entrance area with a bench, wardrobe panel and mirror. Right next to the entrance is a guest toilet. In the living area Elegant high-gloss furniture and a large flat-screen TV await you. The large cozy corner sofa invites you to relax. An electric fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere. The open cooking-dining area connects seamlessly and offers a fully equipped fitted kitchen with high-quality appliances. Here you will not lack any amenities and you can completely take care of yourself. In the basement you will find another wardrobe panel and space to store bags. Upstairs are the bedrooms and a really large wellness bathroom with double sink, corner bathtub and separate shower and toilet . The master bedroom has a high-quality box-spring bed with 180 x 200 bed surface, a large dresser in which you can store your clothes and space to hang clothes. A large floor-to-ceiling window gives a view of the garden and the field beyond… of course, you also have a flat-screen TV at your disposal here. The second room has a sofa bed which, if necessary, offers sleeping possibilities for 2 adults or a child, 140 x 200 cm, as well as another bed 140 x 200 cm and a writing-makeup table. Here, too, there is a floor-to-ceiling window which illuminates the room. In the outdoor area, in the summer months you have a spacious elegant garden lounge. You can eat at a 220 cm long garden table with comfortable seats. If necessary, you can use a gas grill. There are also 2 parking spaces available here. Guest access All areas except the basement are accessible Other things to note Our place has all the necessary details of a fully functional apartment: In the basement under the stairs we have a spare chair and cleaning equipment, as well as an adjustable high chair for toddlers. For longer stays, a laundry service can also be offered. Our ironing board is located on the upper floor in the second bedroom between the closet and the wall. Our kitchen is fully equipped, with many kitchen appliances including a hot air fryer… who wants to make their little ones happy: there is even a crepe maker… our Alexa is male and is happy to be used, a list of tips for activities in the area is ready in the entrance… our host team is available 24/7 and is happy to be used…
