This peaceful, cozy house offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Located in the triangle Epernay, Reims, Chalons, The CALYADEN, consists of 3 bedrooms upstairs; a bedroom/office, a master suite and a bedroom with two twin beds, 1 toilet - On the ground floor, kitchen overlooking the dining room, living room with TV and a bathroom, separate toilets ENCLOSED GARDEN, PETANQUE COURT, BARBECUE - Check-in: 5 p.m. - Check out: 10h Animals ok (please book for the right number of people) The space - Spacious and bright accommodation -Fenced garden of 900 m2 - Private, heated garage - Yard to put a secondary vehicle in it - Shaded terrace with stone barbecue - Petanque court + balls available namely/The pet fee is €8 per night/pet (if there is dog hair in the beds an additional €25 will be charged,) The same goes for the dishes not made and not put away Thank you for your understanding.
