The room is with all the comfort of a home with a 2 queen beds that is warm and cozy for a perfect sleep. Fresh/clean towels are provided. It is located in the serene environment of the city with a functional Transit bus system. Parking on driveway available. The space Situated in Sage Creek, a lovely and welcoming neighbourhood. Ideal for both short- and long-term stays. 100% private basement suite with living area, full kitchen, shower with body jets and rain showerhead, in-suite laundry, and 2 spacious bedrooms. Living area with 55" HD smart TV and lightning-fast Wi-Fi. Friendly hosts living upstairs on the main and upper levels; many stores, restaurants, and public transportation are easily accessible on foot. Guest access When you arrive, you may park on the most right side of the driveway if you have a small car and just a bit further back from the garage door or on any available street parking close to the property (if you have a larger sized vehicle - ie: SUV, truck). Guests will access the basement suite front the front door entrance. you will gain entry with a unique keyless code, which is reprogrammed after each guest/check out. Said code will be provided to you prior to your arrival. Guests will have the entire basement suite to themselves and will be granted 100% privacy during their stay. Please feel free to use the lightning fast Wi-Fi to stream any 4K videos, for video calls, or to stream movies or your favorite shows, cook anything you like, or simply kick back and relax, and enjoy your stay!
