The space Green Mountain Tavern is a new log home, completed in 2022, offering all the amenities you need for the perfect getaway. Ideal for friends and family, this peaceful retreat lets you unwind in nature. Stargaze by the fire pit, roast s’mores, or showcase your culinary skills with pizza from the outdoor wood-burning pizza oven. The large back patio and dining table are perfect for home-cooked BBQ meals, while the hot tub (open year-round) is the ideal spot to relax after a day on the slopes or golf course. Inside, the open floor plan includes a chef’s kitchen with high-end finishes, spacious bedrooms with all the comforts of home, and luxurious Carrera marble bathrooms for a touch of industrial chic. The family room, complete with a wood-burning fireplace (wood provided), pool table, and full entertainment system—including a PlayStation—offers the perfect spot for everyone to unwind. This home combines comfort and pure luxury for the ultimate retreat! Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, except for the locked garage. Please be respectful of the neighbors and their property and keep the outdoor noise down from 10 PM - 8 AM. Winter Advisory: Our property is located in a mountain region where winter conditions can be unpredictable, including snow, ice, and freeze-thaw cycles that may impact driveway conditions. We strongly recommend that guests travel in a vehicle equipped with AWD/4WD and/or snow tires during the winter months (November–March). While we provide professional snow plowing after 4 inches of snowfall, icy conditions may still occur due to changing weather. We supply shovels and ice melt for guest use near the house, but guests are responsible for their own vehicle, including any necessary towing if they become stuck. For added safety, please check the weather forecast before your trip and allow extra travel time. If you have any concerns about road or driveway conditions, feel free to reach out before your arrival. Other things to note Marble bathrooms, custom wood work, radiant heated flooring throughout, full outdoor entertaining area complete with pizza oven and bbq. Outdoor hot tub/fire pit/Adirondack chairs. This home offers early check-in and late check-out when available for an additional fee. We provide one full bundle of firewood for our guests. Garbage can be left out back in the designated bins.
