Our Balmain peninsula one bedroom terrace is a quaint and stylish retreat from where to explore the city and the delights of Rozelle and Balmain. Less than 10 min drive to the heart of the city, as well as many public transport options including a ferry from Balmain wharf. The king bed in the upstairs bedrm and the sofa bed in the lounge room means four people can be accommodated comfortably. The sofa becomes the second bed. For the sofa bed we generally leave the linen out for you to make the bed so that you can enjoy the sofa until the bed is needed. Please note that the bedroom is upstairs and the bathroom is downstairs. Also note that there is no door on the upstairs bedroom. Guest access The whole house is yours to enjoy, from the front verandah, the lounge room with an Apple TV, a large dining table with 4 chairs, a coffee machine in the kitchen with a small table and two chairs as well as a courtyard garden. Mi Upstairs you’ll find a brand new king sized bed, and a small desk to look out over Rozelle while you do a bit of work. The house has two air conditioning units (one in the kitchen and one in the bedroom). The house is attractive and comfortable, replete with the owners knick knacks and artworks. The street is quiet with generally plenty of off street parking. It is a two minute walk from a great pub, The Bald Rock, which has great food and atmosphere.
