Sea view from all flat windows, sit in bed and watch the boat pass by, have a cuppa on the sofa and watch the waves. Prepare supper at the granite centre island and watch the ocean. Full Kitchen, range cooker and granite work tops and dishwasher. Seperate utility with washing machine for guests to use. Private driveway parking if required, 5 minute walk away. Enclosed entrance hall for secure bike storage if required. Please note, fireplace is ornamental only. The flat is very central and the town, beach and gardens are steps away. The flat is in the hub of Felixstowe, with the cinema, theatre, gym, swimming pool, cafes, restaurants, pier and shops all just a short walk away. If you love sea swimming, its steps away to walk down for your morning dip too. There is a wonderful yoga studio nearby at beach street, and a few steps away are Spa therapists to treat yourself to a massage, facial or many other treatments. There is also a golf club and tennis club in Felixstowe. Guest access There is a seperate utility room with washing machine, airier and iron for guests use. We have off street parking for 1 car on a driveway a five minute walk away if required. There is a beach hut you are welcome to use, please make a booking request once your flat booking has been made. Other things to note We are very centrally situated, to the town and beach, therefore, you are in the hustle and bustle. You are within walking distance to all the cafes, restaurants, theatre, cinema and pier.
