Pet Friendly Tiny Home in Paonia

Welcome to beautiful Paonia and your cozy tiny home reprieve! Enjoy the uniqueness of tiny home living without sacrificing basic amenities or creature comforts. The space has everything you'll need, and nothing you won't. Tucked in the heart of Colorado’s wine country, this peaceful and clean tiny home is perfect for dog-friendly getaways, vineyard tours, or exploring the beautiful North Fork Valley. Just a 3 minute bike ride from downtown Paonia or a short 10 minute walk. The space The tiny house is connected to the main house on the property through several (locked) vestibules. However, your tiny home space is completely private with its own entrance, fenced in yard, and parking spot. Please note: the full sized bed is a loft style and you have to climb a set of steep stairs to reach it. There are handles secured on the wall to aid in climbing and there is a bed rail secured on the open side of the bed. Pets are welcome but please don't leave them unattended if they have a history of chewing/destroying things. Know your pet and be respectful and honest. Please be reminded...this is a TINY home and therefore a uniquely designed compact space. It has everything you need, and nothing you don't. The space has all the essentials you'll need: AC, excellent Wifi, a bathroom with a shower, towels, shampoo/conditioner, a two burner gas range, mini fridge/freezer, basic kitchen and cooking utensils, kettle, french press, pour over (and coffee and tea), big farmhouse kitchen sink, comfy seating area, work space, etc. Things the space DOES NOT have that you might consider: television, washer/dryer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, toaster. You can access the tiny home entrance and your parking space from the alley, not Colorado Ave. Please do ALL smoking outside and utilize the ashtray provided for any butts. Guest access You'll want to access the space and your parking spot from the alley, not from Colorado Ave. Just park right in front of the tiny home (from alley). The lockbox will be hanging on the door handle. Other things to note I highly recommend that you screenshot directions and check-in instructions and download area map before reaching Paonia. Cell service can be very spotty!
