Barn Cottage offers a family-friendly environment for your getaway. Furnished and equipped to a high standard, it provides everything for a comfortable stay. Plus, it’s close to nature reserves for exploring local wildlife. The space This delightful cosy, yet spacious cottage, has beautifully set-out living accommodation. Providing a separate fully equipped kitchen with attractive blue Lias stone floor, electric hob & oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer & microwave which leads into the light and airy dining room. The ground floor boasts a comfortable sitting room with oak flooring, consisting of a TV, smart speaker and electric fire. Furnished with leather sofas and pine units. The dining room is spacious with oak flooring and a solid pine table & chairs. There is also a downstairs WC. On the first floor, the master bedroom is kitted out with high-quality pine furniture and coordinating soft furnishings. The twin room has the same high-quality pine furniture and matching soft furnishings. The bathroom also on the first floor, incorporates a bath with shower attachment together with WC and basin. Pitts Farm Barn has a private grassed garden with garden furniture and a barbecue perfect for outdoor dining. Outside, the parking area has space for 2 cars. On-site, guests will have access to 3 acres of shared grounds and a shared games room. Guest access Access to Barn Cottage is via the main gateway marked Pitts Farm Cottages. The driveway leads to a private parking area from which the Barn Cottage can be accessed. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: For stays of 8 nights or more, a mandatory mid-stay clean will take place. This includes a linen and towel change and is a required part of our housekeeping routine.
