You’re welcome to unwind on the plant-filled front porch. Designated a walkable street doing the pandemic, it's lively but not frantic, shared by cyclists, runners, strollers, and dog walkers. You may be joined by house cat Raphiel. Free, safe street parking is plentiful, just be mindful of the rotary with its beautifully painted mandala in the center. Austin is a special and mystical place, and I aim to make your stay both restful and enjoyable. Thanks for your considerations and for staying at The Quartz House. Candyce + Raphiel Candyce During your stay Happy to give recommendations...cool places are always popping up in Austin, and there's the old, steady places too. You're ideally situated to take in the cool, or chill out as needed. I'm pretty quiet, early to rise (cat), but, you're most welcomed to come and go as you please. Other things to note Your quiet room is your domain, but note there's no kitchen (as it doubles as my work space) or common space access besides the shared bath. Appreciate shoes-off. Many active visitors say they've been able to truly rest deeply when here, which is what I'm aiming for. Registration Details Exempt
