A spacious room with 2 double beds (each 140 × 200 cm), a couple of dressers and a large table. In addition, there is a desk with an office chair and monitor as a workplace. There is a spacious terrace with a nice view of the Taunus. The bathroom is shared with us. Direct connection to the city center (15 minutes), as well as to the fair (11 minutes) by public transport. 3 parking spaces are available. If you want to use the kitchen, please let us know in advance. The space The house is about 113 m² and is inhabited by my wife Nicole and me (Rico). Since October 2, 2024, we also have a son named Loki. Your room is on the 2nd floor and is about 40 m², as well as a large roof terrace with seating and a small table. The bathroom is on the 2nd floor and contains a shower, as well as a bathtub. You will share this bathroom with us. Towels and bed linens are of course provided. The S-Bahn stop "Frankfurter Berg" is only 4 minutes' walk away. From there you can reach the fair in 11 minutes and the city center in 15 minutes. The house is located on the edge of the field and the nearby river (the Nidda) invites you to take a walk. Guest access Directly to the left of the entrance door is a small guest toilet, on the 1st floor on the right is the shared bathroom with bathtub and shower and on the 2nd floor is the spacious guest room (about 40 m²) with directly connected roof terrace. You can lock your room. After prior arrangement with us, the kitchen may also be shared. The other rooms are our private rooms. You will receive a key to the house as well as to your room. Please leave these keys on the dresser in the entrance area when you leave. We also have a small board game collection from which you are welcome to borrow a game for your stay.
