Your room has a high-quality king-size bed. Via the sliding door you can easily access your private bathroom. We can transform the comfortable couch to a queen size bed. The room is equipped with very good curtains, blinds and a television with Chromecast. Located just out of the busy center of Utrecht. Perfect to explore our lovely city by foot; it's a very nice 15-minute walk along the famous canals to the Dom Tower. Our neighborhood is very green and the free parking is at a 5 min walking. The space Your room has a high-quality King-Size bed. Because you have a view over the green garden in front of the house, you don't have to worry about neighbors looking into the room. The Queen-Size high-quality sofa-bed will be made from 3 persons. The room can be made very dark by closing the blinds and the automatic-curtains. There also is a flatscreen with Chromecast in the room. The bathroom is for you privately; we have our own bathroom. Guest access Please note you will be guests at our place. If you like to use the whole house for chilling with your friends, please then find my other listing to rent the whole house. During your stay We are easy going. For guest interaction we will see what is comfortable. We could have a drink, have a good conversation or just say hi, it's what you prefer and how we feel.
