Location is amazing within walking distance to the village, community swimming pool, restaurants and less than a mile to private Bear Lake, where you will find a tandem kayak for your leisure. In Winter, XC Skiing, free shuttle to BV Ski Mountain, all in walking distance and yet secluded for a Winter wonderland experience. It accommodates up to 12 guests with additional cost. The space Two story cabin with all 3 bedrooms and additional great room with queen futon downstairs ~1,400sqft cabin. It can accommodate up to 12 Guests. (Additional cost of $20.00 per person may apply). Pet MIGHT be allowed upon approval and additional $80 pet cleaning fee. Pet must first be approved by Owner. Guest access Entire cabin and access to Private Members Only Bear Lake and community swimming pool in the Summer months ( BV Swimming pool entry has an additional daily entry fee) Other things to note In the Wintertime, you may not drive your vehicle to the front of the cabin and access to the Cabin is by foot, ski, or snowmobile through groomed public roads. The cabin is one of the closest to the community parking area Lot 'C', which provides with an easy access in the winter. The groomed roads, allow for the adventurous skiers, to ski down from Bear Valley Ski Resort all the way to the Cabin's front door. Bear Valley Ski Resort is just 3 miles up the road and you can walk down to catch their free shuttle bus or you can just walk over to Cross Country Ski from the cabin.
