Add on 30' Event space Yurt located directly across the game room suite for an additional fee of $225 for a small gathering of up to 25 with 6 sleeping over OR Add on for just your group of up to 6 staying over NO EVENT additional fee $75 per night. Event Yurt Includes: tables and chairs for up to 25. Cold buffet and food set up table; 75 inch TV. Double/Single/Child Wicker Throne chairs for pictures. Two full/twin trundle day beds. Heat/AC. Conveniently safely tucked away in unincorporated Homewood yet close enough to stores, and restaurants in Flossmoor, Olympia Fields and Homewood. Extra Guest ONLY allowed with the Event Yurt package. Those guest not staying need to be off the property during quiet hours 10 pm weekends, 9 pm weekdays. No exceptions. Smoking OUTDOORS ONLY. No DJs. Fun controlled gatherings. Guest access You have the entire Garden Unit Game Room Suite w/full size bathroom to yourself with its own private separate entrance and parking space. This is a lower level garden unit on 2 acres of a glamping site. Nothing shared. No stove or oven. Kitchenette. You also have the deck, gazebo, hot tub, heated pool (seasonally) with wrap around pool patio and deck. You have even MORE by adding the Event space Yurt. Reach out with your questions.
