 🛏️ Occupancy and Fees: This open-concept apartment accommodates a maximum of 10 guests, ideally including children. An additional $10 per person (including kids) will be charged for guests beyond 6. 🚗🔑 Garage Access: Not upkeep for guests, but may be available upon request. 🅿️Parking Limit: Up to 4 regular-sized cars or 2 cars and 1 oversized vehicle. ❄️ A/C & Heat: The thermostat is programmed to reset automatically at 10 AM and 5 PM daily, ensuring efficiency when the home is unoccupied. Feel free to adjust the temperature to your comfort when home.
