Hot tub & Sauna - Beautiful hilltop chalet spectacular location near the top of Holiday Valley Road, just 0.5 miles from Tannenbaum lodge, mountain coaster, Sky High adventure park, Holiday Valley skiing, Spruce Lake, hiking, snow shoeing, mountain biking trails and much more. 3 level chalet has all the amenities you will need to make your trip to HV a memorable one. 4 bedrooms plus loft, 3.5 bathrooms. A rental agreement will need to be signed by guests. Ellicottville Licence #T-RENT25-00009 The space Property is located across from holiday valley ski resort. The home has a steep driveway and renters staying will need 4 wheel drive. when we have snow to access the driveway. All wheel drive is fine in most instances but in heavy snow may we suggest parking at tannebaum as no street parking is allowed. We have a propane grill but Renters are responsible for propane exchange at property if grill is to be used. Property has indoor sauna and indoor hot tub. First floor fireplace is the only fireplace to be used during stay. We suggest renters bring firewood - we do supply a small bundle upon arrival. Garage is not available to renters. The home has plenty of stairs for accessing the property inside and out - this is not in any way a handicap accessible property. No garage use. **Ellicottville Licence #T-RENT25-00009 **** Guest access We exterior cameras on the driveway area and we provide access to home through lock box or August locking system. Other things to note The spiral staircase is not recommended to be used with out parent supervision during stay as this could be a safety concern - ages 1-8 highly recommend parent supervision when using staircase -Parking in driveway and two /three spots on street. We ask that guests use salt provided on stairs. 4x4 is needed in winter months. If you do not have at least all wheel drive this house when we have snow may not be very accessible. This property has stairs to access the home as well. - keep this in mind before booking. Also guests must park in the driveway - street parking is not allowed. Additional parking can be at tannebaum parking lot if needed. We are very strict with no longer allowing guests to hang banners etc with scotch tape on our walls, we just repainted and due to the damage caused - we will charge rates starting at $500 plus for damage with scotch tape etc. We are sorry but it's gotten out of hand by guests and will be very strict.
