The beds are new as well as most fixtures in the home, we have tried to make it as comfortable as possible for others when we are not there. It is located just one block east of Hwy 101 and walking distance to stores, less than 2 miles from ocean, dunes, and multiple lakes. It also has a jetted tub The space The house is cozy and feels so secluded while being so centrally located, it is a little older and funky. It has that lake house feeling to it, and we absolutely love our coast home. There is always wild life in the yard.
