Cottontail Cottage - A Santa Ynez Retreat

Get out of the city and sneak away to Cottontail Cottage. Walk past the garden and across the storybook bridge into your charming pocket of peace, nestled right in downtown Santa Ynez. Enjoy eggs fresh from the chickens and explore all old Santa Ynez has to offer. You will be a 5 minute walk to top notch restaurants, coffee shops, boutique clothing stores, wine tasting, and just a quick drive to Los Olivos and Solvang. There are 2 resident rabbits (Tommy & Alfie) who would love to meet you! The space The cottage is nearly 100 years old and made of high quality redwood. But don’t worry, it is all updated! The main room includes the kitchenette, dining and living areas while the bedroom has a queen bed, makeup station, garden views and the bathroom. The bathroom has all you need, but it is a nearly 100 year old cottage, so it’s on the small side! Guest access The cottage is completely detached from the main house and has its own small patio and sitting area overlooking the creek and garden! Other things to note Parking is private and located in the back of the property. The parking is down a dirt/ gravel road along the creek but it easily accessible for any vehicle. Plus this rear space makes getting into town even easier!
