The space The house offers exceptional and rare views of the Concors-Sainte Victoire massif. Facing south and west, Provençal light floods the house throughout the day, even in winter. On 3 levels, the 120 m2 house also has a large, quiet, southwest-facing terrace that is not overlooked. This terrace is a real oasis of relaxation, thanks to its 3-person SPA, 2 sunbathing areas, zellige table that can accommodate 8 people and family barbecue plancha (gas). On the same level as the terrace, you will find the superb master suite, equipped with a 160cm bed (premium bedding), a bath overlooking the Concors, a shower and a large dressing room. With its 2 accesses to the terrace, this floor combines modernity and charm thanks to the exposed stones. A designer metal staircase will take you to the living room and open kitchen, also accessible from the outside, through the main entrance of the house. With its 4 openings, all on the Concors massif, this room offers a spectacular view and is bathed in magical light. A comfortable sofa, a large curved-screen TV equipped with a home cinema will allow you to spend pleasant evenings. In the middle of the room, an island bar that can accommodate 6 people will be an ideal setting for your meals. Its narrow streets, some of which still have their original door, and its 12th-century chapel, are a real journey back in time.
