A huge fenced in back yard and 2 living areas makes it perfect for families with older children and pets as well. (The home is not toddler/small child proof) The space This is a newly renovated home located on a corner lot. It has a large fenced in back yard that is perfect for letting pets in and out of the home. The driveway has room for 2 vehicles with additional parking on the side street. The home has three bedrooms that all have new mattresses and pillows. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other two bedrooms hold two twin beds each. There is Wi-Fi and Smart Tvs located in all of the bedrooms, living room and the den. The kitchen has modern appliances and a washer and dryer on site for use. The living room and den, both have comfortable furniture for leisure and relaxing. The two and a half bathrooms have showers and one bathtub. Guests will have peace of mind during their stay because the house is also protected with an updated security system. Guest access The guest will self check in and have full use of the entire house. Other things to note Guests will find a starter kit of toiletries, paper products and cleaning supplies in the home. Guests who stay longer than 2-3 days will need to purchase their own supplies when the starter kit is depleted. The security system has an alarm system and 4 outside cameras that have no sound. 2 are in the front of the house, view the front door and the driveway , the one on the right side of the home covers the outside of the windows and the one on the back that covers the back door and outside windows. The trash should be put out by the road on Wednesday evening for the Thursday morning pick up.
