A paid pack ’n play/travel crib is available upon request, and children’s dinnerware is provided. Kitchen & dining The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home, with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, GE electric stove and oven, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Cooking basics, dishes, and silverware are provided, along with wine glasses, a hot water kettle, and a toaster. Guests have space to cook and dine comfortably within the unit. Bathroom & laundry The bathroom includes a bathtub and bathroom essentials, while a free washer and dryer in the unit make longer stays more convenient. Towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper are included, along with hangers and an iron. A dedicated workspace in a room with a door and fast wifi verified at 253 Mbps supports video calls and streaming on multiple devices. Outdoor living & building features The condo has a private entrance and free parking on premises. Building amenities include a community room and bike storage with tools, and two complimentary bikes are available, weather permitting. Pet policy & additional services This property is pet-friendly, with a fee of $100 per pet. For shorter stays of less than three days, a negotiable fee of $35 per pet per night may apply.
