Ideal for two families or a group of friends. 30 minutes from Saint Emilion and Bordeaux, the house is surrounded by meadows with horses. Large garden with multiple spaces: swimming pool with terrace, shaded playground, orchard, large sheltered courtyard with ping pong table. The terrace in front of the kitchen is sheltered by a very old wisteria that provides shade and a cool lunch in summer. The space Our house is our main home, so it is alive and well filled! Of course, we leave storage spaces at your disposal so you can feel at home. We are therefore not in a "refined professional gîte" spirit, but the advantage is that you benefit from numerous amenities and that you can enjoy a well-stocked grocery store. I love to cook, so you will have complete and quality equipment at your disposal. This house is located in the countryside, but the small town of Créon, 5 minutes by car, offers many shops and services: supermarkets, bakers, butchers, wine shop, cheese maker, roaster... the Wednesday morning market is a renowned farmers' market. The town of Langoiran, also located 5 minutes away, is a small town full of charm, with a pretty guinguette on the banks of the Garonne. When you say countryside, you say insects, so there are ants, flies, mosquitoes... we accept no responsibility! A sheltered outdoor area offers a plancha as well as a sink, perfect for preparing grills. Guest access When you arrive, you will be greeted by me or a relative to show you the accommodation and get acquainted. Other things to note This accommodation is non-smoking. Smoking inside the house is therefore strictly forbidden, but there is no problem with smoking outside.
