The space Good to Know Before You Book The Lucky Rooster is a character-filled loft in a historic downtown building—not a modern hotel. It’s designed for guests who appreciate a comfortable, lived-in space with personality. Best suited for: • Short or extended stays • Traveling professionals, remote workers, and project-based stays • Guests who enjoy a walkable location near restaurants, pubs, shops, and local events • Anyone who prefers a unique, creative space over a standard rental Not ideal for: • Guests expecting a modern, luxury or minimalist-style space • Light sleepers (you’re in an active downtown area) Guest access The apartment has a front and back private entrance. There is no shared space. Other things to note Pets will be considered. Upon approval a $50 pet fee will be charged. Longer stays may include a larger pet fee. Absolutely no smoking and absolutely no vaping.
