We are 15 mins from Totnes & 30 mins from South Devon's glorious beaches. Ideal for a rural getaway with good amenities in the village. The space We have one double bedroom and one room with bunkbeds. All rooms are newly refurbished. The bathroom includes a walk in shower. The lounge/kitchen/dining area is well equipped for self-catering with fan oven, induction hob and under counter fridge/freezer. There is no washing machine but there are local laundrette services available. Guest access The annex will be for your sole use. You will have access to an area of patio with seating as well as the secure bike store. The rest of the patio and garden is out of bounds.
