Several areas available to relax including a deck and balcony which overlook a gentle river and flowered backyard (in the summer.) Sleeping can be arranged to support up to five. Only one main bedroom is upstairs in this small house with a comfortable queen bed, but the attached office space has a daybed with trundle that can sleep two more and the futon in the living area downstairs can fold down for another as well. The only bathroom is downstairs. Guest access The whole house is at your disposal but storage areas that are unfinished and do not have guest value include the garage, the basement, and a small attic space.
