Hangers, ironing board with steam iron, wireless phone charger with 32" Smart TV (Netflix logging as standard setting) **Room 2 — 2 Full size beds (top & bottom), New and quiet A/C with plenty of drawers. (Queen size Airbed is stored in closet space with new sheets, pillows and blankets.) 2 Bathrooms **Bathroom 1 – with shower, towels (8), shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, toilet paper (enough to get you started). **Bathroom 2 – this is a half bathroom with toilet, sink. No shower. We provide a full size Kitchen with the following; Refrigerator, stove, sink, microwave, coffee maker, cooking ware, plates, cups, utensils, dish soap, paper roll, cooking oil, salt, pepper, sugar, Coffee, Teas. Basic cleaning supplies are provided. Livingroom: New and quiet A/C, 62” TV with Netflix service and wi-fi connection. (Plenty of space to use the Airbed if necessary.) Guest access Access to the property is via parking area. (parking space is about 20ft x 40ft, up to 4 compact vehicles will fit) Other things to note As much as we try to accommodate our guests, we cannot allow large gatherings/parties in this home. As disclosure, there is a tenant that lives in the second home (full privacy is guaranteed).
