Welcome to Bluff House- a three bedroom, 1.5 bath home with views of the Mississippi River and downtown Saint Paul skyline. Expect breathtaking sunsets and the hustle and bustle of the city. This home sits across from downtown Saint Paul on the corner of Mounds Boulevard and Kellogg/3rd ST E, so you will hear the sounds of the city and see firetrucks and other traffic pass by, and the Kellogg ST Bridge construction while you are enjoying the spacious comfort of this home. The space This two story single family home has a living room, dining room, kitchen and half bath on the main level with 3 bedrooms and a full bath on the 2nd level. The laundry is located in the full basement. There is a detached 2 car garage and additional parking off of the alley. Tom and I have owned this house for approximately 20 years and it served as our primary residence for about a third of that time. It was too big for just the two of us, so we now enjoy sharing this special home with others. We currently live across the alley from this house. Guest access The entire home is available for guests to access. Other things to note There are two construction projects, the Kellogg St Bridge and Gold Line Bus Rapid Transit that are underway. The bridge project has shut down access to downtown via Kellogg ST, but 7th St E and Commercial St are two alternative routes that are close by and easily accessed. The Kellogg ST Bridge demolition and construction will continue through 2027. The Gold Line Bus Rapid Transit station is mostly constructed along Mounds Blvd. While access to the house should not be impacted, construction noise is possible from 7am-7pm Monday-Saturday per project guidelines.
