The apartment is in a great location, 4 blocks from Enseada Beach, close to bakeries, supermarkets (Dia, Carrefour, Pão de Açúcar), gas stations, gyms (Smartfit, Bluefit), banks (Bradesco, Caixa, Itaú), pharmacies (Droga Raia, Farmaconde, Drogaria São Paulo) as well as malls, restaurants and fast food chains. The apartment has 1 bedroom with a ceiling fan and a tower (air conditioning does not work), 2 double beds; bathroom; living room with sofa bed and kitchen. Other things to note -the apartment is on the 3rd floor, the building has no elevator -apen 1 parking space and an additional vacancy in the uncovered area if available - kitchen with air fryer, microwave, sandwich maker and thermos - Bed and bath linens are not available -prohibited the use of illicit drugs and smoking inside the apartment -not allowed parties, get-togethers and events - it is not allowed to receive visits - The maximum number of guests is 4 people (including children), and this number may be exceeded by up to 1 person for R$100.00 reais per person per day - in addition to 2 double beds and sofa bed(totaling 6 seats), we offer single mattresses -ser will be allowed up to 2 medium-sized pets with fee change - any damage to the apartment per person/ pet the host will be fined
