Inside, the open floor plan makes for an ideal common area. The living room opens up into the dining area which opens up into the kitchen, so everyone can exist together in the same space without feeling on top of one another. Relax by watching a movie or by planning out your Utah adventure in the reading nook while looking out at the Wasatch mountain views (There is also a washer and dryer here, so if you like to relax with laundry, knock yourself out!). Sure, eating at the finest restaurants can be fun. But sometimes we all need a nice home-cooked meal, right? That's why our kitchen is stocked with all the pots, pans, and utensils you'll need to cook you and your family or friends a nice dinner. We also have incredible local restaurants from Japanese to Italian to a great diner all within a short (read three - four blocks) walk away. We have two full baths - one located just off the hall and one off the back bedroom that have both been fully renovated. There are two bedrooms equipped with queen beds and a small room equipped with a twin. The bedrooms are small but we have maximized the space with thoughtful closet and storage in each room. In one of the bedrooms, we have set up a desk / work space in case you have to work remotely during your mountain get-away. While the home is equipped to host up to 7 people (2 queen beds, 1 twin, and a queen-size sofa bed) we think the perfect group size is 4-5 adults. We're happy to host all 7 but keep in mind there's only two baths, so it will be a little cozier. We do have a portable highchair and crib that we can bring upon request. There is no parking available on the cul-de-sac (we are the 3rd house in). Parking in front of the stairs is allowed for unloading only. There is abundant street parking available just off the small cul-de-sac drive. If you are booking or reading this after Dec 2022, there will be one dedicated parking spot in the driveway for you and your guests.
