(electricity : 6 baht/unit , water : 100 baht/room/month). *The additional payment will be requested through AIRBNB Resolution Center on your departure day. *Cleaning service is 1 time a week (Sheet&Towels will be replaced as well). **For Monthly guests, Welcome amenities is provided only 1 time on the arrival date.
