Private room 5 minutes from downtown

Enjoy the simplicity of this quiet and centrally located accommodation. Private room for one or two people, with shared bathroom, hot water and kitchen. We are a couple of artisans, with a 3-year-old son and a boxer dog, super quiet and friendly, we also have a workshop and a store in the garage of the house. During your stay We are at home almost all day, but we are still available 24 hours a day through the app and by phone. The guest receives a set of keys to enter and leave whenever they like. Other things to note There is a church near the house and on Sundays they ring the bell at 8:00 am, we hope it is not an inconvenience.
